The Labor Day holiday and start of school impacted waterfront property sales in a big way this week with only Mercer Island reporting any pending sales activity at all. A typical week from that perspective and no doubt marks the beginning of the waterfront off-season. We should see measurable activity throughout the month of September and then dwindle down to a near dormant state until next spring.
