May 2013 Waterfront Real Estate Activity Report for Seattle, Eastside, Mercer Island and Lake Sammamish

Waterfront sales activity was evenly distributed throughout the four major waterfront communities: Mercer Island, Seattle, Lake Sammamish, and the Eastside. With the onset of Spring market activity, the cost per home square foot increased on Mercer Island and Lake Sammamish, but went down slightly in Seattle and the Eastside. The cost per waterfront foot increased in Seattle, Mercer Island and Lake Sammamish.

This Waterfront Report for Seattle, the Eastside, Lake Sammamish and Mercer Island incorporates data for private waterfront homes on major bodies of water. It includes active, new and pending listing activity as well as monthly benchmarks for cost per waterfront foot and cost per living square foot of sold waterfront properties. Each report includes a map and a link to view that month’s listing and sale activity.
