With the fewest homes actively listed for sale, Lake Sammamish continues to see absorption rates near 50% while Seattle, Mercer Island and the Eastside remain in the 8-11% range. The average cost per home square foot increased in Seattle, but went down slightly on Mercer Island, Lake Sammamish and the Eastside. The cost per waterfront foot increased in Seattle and Lake Sammamish and decreased on Mercer Island and the Eastside.
