Many new properties were listed for sale in July brought additional buying choices to the seasonally active waterfront marketplace. Although sales in most areas were down from June, slight gains in both cost per home and cost per waterfront square foot were noted.
This Waterfront Report for Seattle, the Eastside, Lake Sammamish and Mercer Island incorporates data for private waterfront homes on major bodies of water. It includes active, new and pending listing activity as well as monthly benchmarks for cost per waterfront foot and cost per living square foot of sold waterfront properties. Each report includes a map and a link to view that month’s listing and sale activity.
