Lake Sammamish is red hot with a second month of absorption of all available inventory in the 30-40% range–September weighed in at 38% with just 16 private waterfront homes available after 6 pending sales. The Eastside waterfront market clipped along at a nice pace with 8 private waterfront sales for the month. The Seattle and Mercer Island waterfront markets were at a much slower pace last month.
